Rockleigh, NJ, January 25, 2022 – Stellar Biotics LLC, the maker of del-IMMUNE V®, announced today that Monica Rubio joins the company as director of operations. Rubio brings a decade of industry experience and will be responsible for the company’s product operations surrounding manufacturing of all human and pet products. Rubio will also manage new product development, quality assurance and metabiotics bioactivity.

Prior to joining Stellar Biotics, Rubio worked as a food consultant for international companies where she developed formulation, analysis, and market approaches for a diverse range of clients (e.g., lactation, plant-based, alcoholic beverage, etc.) Notably, she founded the first Mexican consultancy firm focused on food startups. Rubio also worked at the Culinary Institute of Mexico where she taught undergraduate courses and designed curriculums for meat and cheese production and technology.
Rubio received her Bachelor of Science in food engineering and Master of Science in biotechnology from Tec de Monterrey.
